Rare articulated celluloid sailor boy.  Hand painted.  Three dimensional head and hat.  Celluloid rings act as joints.  Older style clasp.

  CONDITION:  Overall very good.  The brooch shows normal wear, with some expected minor paint loss.  It looks like the celluloid joint rings have shrunk over time, so the arm joints are hard to move and it is probably best to leave them in the position they are in now.  The legs still swing.
